Tameka Vasquez is a futurist and executive advisor who helps leaders navigate uncertainty and shape the future. Her work focuses on strategic thinking, decision-making, communication, and leadership during periods of change.

For more than 15 years, she has worked at the edge of emerging change, including as former Head of Marketing for Sidewalk Labs at Google and in earlier management roles at Genpact, Thomson Reuters, and venture-backed startups. She also teaches graduate students, including in the Future of Work program at Columbia.

Tameka has advised executives, public figures, and authors through major inflection points and has contributed frameworks used by institutions including the Aspen Institute, the University of Pennsylvania, Comcast, and Visa. A member of PMI’s Thought Leadership Council, she has spoken at more than 50 conferences across four continents and writes Between Shifts, a Substack newsletter for leaders navigating transition.
